Part Time Hourly Rates
Please note that 12% of the applicable rates will be removed to represent statutory annual leave entitlement of 4 weeks per year. Teachers will then be paid during the Christmas, Easter and summer holidays. Overall remuneration will not change.
1. Qualified casual hourly rate |
€46.18 + €6.30 (Rate + value of leave accumulated) |
2. Unqualified hourly rate (incl. 22% holiday pay) |
€40.79 + €5.56 (Rate + value of leave accumulated) |
3. Qualified non-casual rate paid to teachers according to their own personal point on the incremental salary scale plus allowances divided by 735. This will give your own personal hourly rate. There is no additional payment for holiday periods as this figure includes 56% holiday pay. |
