The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment is the statutory body which advises the Minister for Education and Skills on curriculum and assessment for early childhood, primary and post-primary education.
A vacancy has arisen for the position of Director of Curriculum and Assessment. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for developments in curriculum and assessment in post-primary education.
The person appointed will hold a relevant qualification at minimum Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications, will have specialist experience in curriculum and assessment development in post-primary education and have excellent problem solving, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
