TUI is balloting all members involved in the delivery of Senior Cycle, including members who could be required to deliver Senior Cycle, in response to the failure of the Department of Education and Youth and Government to honour in full the Senior Cycle Redevelopment Implementation Support Measures, SCRISM, collective agreement accepted by TUI members in May 2025.
In particular, the agreed first phase of the Local Bargaining salary increase, a 1% increase due from 1st September 2025 in return for co-operation with Senior Cycle Redevelopment, has not been implemented or paid.
The TUI Executive Committee is recommending a YES vote in this ballot.

The ballot packs will be posted to Representatives in each affected workplace on 8th September 2026. The ballots must be returned to Deloitte, TUI Auditors no later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday 25th September 2026. In Workplaces where Branch Secretaries are responsible for distribution, ballot papers will be sent to them.
