The Executive Committee of the TUI has decided to recommend that members accept the negotiated proposals around implementation measures for Senior Cycle in an upcoming ballot. Click here for the statement that issued after the Executive Committee made its decision on 8th May.
Document outlining measures
Following intensive discussions between union representatives and the Department of Education, a document, Senior Cycle Redevelopment Implementation Support Measures, was published by the Department, and this was assessed by the union’s Executive Committee. The document that TUI submitted to the Department is available to read in the appendix, beginning on p.92

Ballot papers will be posted to workplaces this Wednesday, 14th May and must be returned to the auditors, Deloitte by 5pm Thursday, 29th May.
