Circular letters outlining the application of a 1.35% increase to the Post Primary Teacher’s scale and a 1% increase to grades other than Teachers and SNAs employed by ETBs from 1st August 2025 have issued.
A general 1% increase is due to all grades under the Public Sector Pay Agreement 2024-2026, while in the case of Post-Primary teachers, there is also an additional 0.35% increase that takes account of the remaining balance of the Sectoral Bargaining Fund, effective from 1st February 2022, as provided for in the Building Momentum Pay Agreement 2020-2024.
