The NCCA recently launched the next range of consultation processes on curricular developments. The TUI strongly encourages members to get involved in such consultation processes as it is very important that the teacher voice is clearly heard.
It is important that members give their views to the NCCA on all issues relating to the draft specifications including, but not limited to, course size, assessment modalities and overall feasibility.
As well as the draft specification for Tranche 3 Design and Communication Graphics (DCG), the consultation on the draft specification for Tranche 3 Music is also now live. Furthermore a process of consultation is ongoing on ten Senior Cycle L1LP and L2LP modules.
