Click here to download a set of comprehensive FAQs on all aspects of the current national ballot of TUI members in relation to national public service agreement

TUI is also currently balloting all members over the failure of the Government to provide a credible basis for meaningful negotiations on a successor national agreement, after the Public Service Agreement 2024-2026 expired on the 30th June.  Ballot papers were posted to workplaces on Monday, 21st September.

There is currently no national public service agreement in place and no scheduled pay increases, despite the continuing rise in the cost of living. The ICTU Public Services Committee has therefore coordinated a public service wide campaign of industrial action. The purpose of industrial action is to secure movement and to secure a negotiated pay settlement.

The TUI Executive Committee is recommending a YES vote in this ballot. Completed ballot papers must be returned to the auditors Deloitte no later than 5pm on Friday 2nd October 2026.  Please note the short turnaround time of this ballot and try to post the completed papers by Wednesday 30th September 2026.
