TUI maintains a high level of vigilance in relation to the issue of member workload. In 2015, the Union carried out a survey of the workload of teachers which, thanks to major engagement from members, provided extremely important data which was then used to inform the Union’s position in discussions with the Department of Education and Skills and other education partners and also in the national media.
This year, ahead of Annual Congress 2017, we are updating the research.
