The circular letter on implementation of the report by the Expert Group on Fixed Term and Part Time Employment in Primary and Second Level Education in Ireland (also referred to as the Ward Report) is still at draft stage and discussions between the Department and the unions are ongoing.
A further meeting is scheduled for next week on this matter between unions and the Department of Education and Skills.
