Revised Regulations for ETB staff representative elections

Further to the postponement of the ETB staff representative elections last month, revised regulations have now been issued.

Postal Ballot

The ballot for ETB staff representatives will now take place as a postal ballot. Ballot papers will issue by Friday, 27th of June and must be returned by Thursday 17th of July at 5pm.

Nominations for TUI-endorsed candidates

The internal TUI nominations / election process for TUI-endorsed candidates completed earlier this year stands.

All TUI-endorsed candidates must now submit their completed nomination papers and declaration form to the Returning Officer (the CEO of the ETB) by Friday 20th of June at 1pm. A copy of the nomination form and declaration form are appended to the Regulations at schedule 2 and schedule 3.

Please note these are new forms and the nomination form used previously by candidates is not valid.

Contact Details

In the context of the postal ballot it is important that the ETBs have up to date contact details for all TUI members. TUI would advise members to contact their ETB to ensure their contact details are up to date. Staff must inform the ETB in writing if they wish to amend their address. Members have until Monday 16th of June at 12 noon to amend their address/contact details or to add themselves to the electoral role. An amendment form is appended to the Regulations at schedule 1.
