Still hope for students who do not receive first round offers – TUI

“Students should not to be disheartened if they have not received an offer today as there is still a chance that they will be offered their chosen course in the later rounds of offers.

It is important to bear in mind at this time that hundreds of courses in the Further Education sector, particularly Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) courses, facilitate the first steps of a different access route to higher education and their chosen career. Once again, we ask that the ludicrous artificial cap on student numbers be lifted to allow full participation.

Institute of Technology courses continue to be linked to the labour market needs of the local community, and this is vitally important for potential students in the current economic climate.”
