TUI Income Continuance Plan

The TUI Income Continuance Plan administered by Cornmarket aims to provide you with a regular income of up to 75% of salary if a situation occurs where you can not work due to illness or injury – ensuring a regular flow of income and avoiding financial turmoil during a difficult period of your life.

Payment will continue until you recover, go back to work, are deemed fit to go back to work, die or right up to age 60/65 (depending on date of entry/re-entry to the public service) if you remain unable to engage in your duties as a teacher or lecturer.

The reality is that long-term illness inevitably means a severe drop in living standards so protecting your salary is essential. For just under €9* a week, you can rest assured that should the worst happen, your livelihood is protected.

Limited Half Price Offer For Members Under Age 35

Very often there are young TUI members who, through serious illness or injury have to bring their career to a premature end.

For this reason the TUI and Cornmarket secured a special once-off Limited Half Price Offer for TUI members under age 35. Teachers and lecturers who have never been members of the TUI Income Continuance Plan BEFORE will pay only half price up until their 35th birthday if they join the Plan before December 31st 2011!

This offer will benefit all members of the Income Continuance Plan, helping to secure reduced contribution rates for everybody, when the Plan is reviewed in the future.
