At Annual Congress 2000 the following motion was passed: -
That the TUI Executive issue a Directive to all schools in May 2000 directing that the L.C.V.P. student class time and teacher co-ordinating time (i.e. 2 hours/20 pupils) be allocated on the school time-table for the year commencing Sept.2000 and for subsequent years as per Dept. of Education and Science recommendation issued to participating schools in October 1999.
The Executive Committee, at its meeting of 19th May, 2000, reviewed this motion and decided that members be directed to comply with the terms of the motion.
Members are reminded of the above policy and are directed to implement it.
